Wright’s Mill Homeowners Association dues are payable on January 1st each year and considered delinquent after February 28th. After that date, a $10 late fee is added each month that dues remain unpaid. Membership in the HOA is not voluntary and payment of dues is mandatory. Homeowners in Wright’s Mill are legally bound by the Wright’s Mill Covenants & Restrictions (filed with the Madison County Clerk) to pay dues on each property each year. Unpaid dues will result in a lien being placed on your property. Dues are $125 and need to be mailed to:

West Tennessee Pond has begun monthly maintenance on our ponds, which will continue through October. The aerator for the pond at the new entrance has been ordered, and the electrician will begin running the electrical line in the next few weeks. This one is the easiest, since the electrical source is already there with the mill. The pond at Flagstone/Kinnewick is not such an easy fix. We need a meter for that electrical source, and the work will require a permit. The company is working through the requirements for that side, and hopefully it won't take too long. |

Please be a responsible pet owner and keep your pets leashed if they are outside of your home or fence. Even though some of the dogs roaming the neighborhood do not belong to Wright’s Mill residents, we can all do a part to keep the people and pets of our neighborhood safe.
With the warm weather, there has been a resurgence of the golf carts, ATVs and motorized children’s vehicles being driven around the neighborhood. These are not allowed on our streets, regardless of who is driving.
Summer means boating and fishing for many Wright’s Mill residents. The covenants cover where boats may and may not be parked (not in streets or driveways).
School’s out for the summer! This means more of our young residents will be out and about in the neighborhood. Please pay attention to your speed and be on the lookout for children at play. |
